Terms of service.

1. Agreement

By using reviewsystems.ai or the Review Systems product ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Multisystems Inc. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

2. What the Service is

Review Systems lets a business print QR codes, NFC tags and branded links at specific spots, presents guests with a page offering public review platforms and a private message to the business, records scans and taps, and matches reviews that later appear on those platforms to the spot that preceded them. It reads public reviews; it does not post, edit or reply to reviews on any platform.

3. Your obligations

• Use the Service only for properties you operate or are authorised to represent.
• Comply with the policies of the review platforms you link to — including Google's and Tripadvisor's rules against selectively soliciting reviews, offering anything in exchange for a review, or pressuring guests — and with consumer-protection law where you operate, including the FTC rule on consumer reviews and the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.
• Show every guest every public option the Service offers. Do not configure, print or instruct staff in a way that routes only some guests to a public platform.
• Keep account credentials confidential and grant roles per property to the people who need them.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.

4. Fees

Where a fee applies, it is the fee agreed with you in writing. There is no charge per review, per code or per scan, and print files are included. Fees are invoiced in advance and are non-refundable for the period paid, except where the law says otherwise.

5. Your data and content

You own your properties' data. You grant Multisystems the licence needed to run the Service for you: to store interactions, read public reviews for your properties, render your guest page with your logo and words, and generate your reports. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and to give notice of planned maintenance. We may change features; a published tracked address for a printed code will not be taken back while your account is active.

7. Liability

The Service is provided as described on this site. To the extent the law allows, Multisystems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, in particular for configuring the Service in breach of a review platform's policies. On termination you may request an export of your properties' data.
