Built by operators, for the spot where the guest is standing.

Review Systems is a Multisystems product. We build software for hotels and the businesses around them, and we build it the way an owner would: honest numbers, printed things that keep working, and no promises the platforms' rules would not let us keep.

Why this product exists.

Everyone has a review link. Nobody knows where it works.

A hotel prints one code, puts it on a poster, a coaster and a key card, and learns only that reviews arrived. Review cards from a marketplace are the same idea with the software missing. The hotel platforms send surveys by email two days later. Nobody tells the owner that the bar earned the review and the lobby poster did not.

Ask everyone. Show every button. Match the review to the spot.

Every guest sees every public review button at every rating, and a private note to the manager as an extra door. The review that later appears is matched back to the scan with the confidence stated. No pre-screen, nothing for a review, nothing posted for a guest.

A published address is never taken back.

A sticker in the world cannot hear about a rename, so renaming a spot publishes a new address and keeps the old one resolving forever. A code that would print too small to scan is refused, not warned about. Deleting a spot with history is refused too. Boring choices, made once, so the numbers can be trusted.

About the company

Who builds Review Systems?

Multisystems, the company behind Hotel Systems, OTA Systems, Advertising Systems, Image Systems and Revenue Systems. The same people run this work from the operator side, which is why the product is opinionated about spots, printing and honest reporting.

What does Review Systems not do?

It does not reply to reviews, monitor sentiment or manage listings. It gets the review written — a code at the spot, one guest page, scan or tap — and matches it back to the spot that earned it. Replying is a different job, done in the tools you already use.

How do I start?

Sign up, add a property with its Google listing, create the first spot and print the code. The guest page works the moment the code is printed, and the first scan you make with your own phone appears on the leaderboard.

Where is the company based and how do I reach a person?

Multisystems operates as a distributed team. The contact page reaches one inbox — contact@multisystems.ai — read by the people who build the product.
