This is where Google's review form would open.

In the real product the tap you just made was logged against the spot the code was printed for — say, Front desk — and the guest is sent straight to the platform's own write-a-review page. Nothing is posted for them.

That third step is attribution: the review that later appears on the platform is matched back to this scan, so the owner learns which spot earned it.
