# Review Systems > Review Systems is a review collection platform by Multisystems for hotels and restaurants. A QR code, NFC tag or branded link printed at a specific spot — the front desk, the bar, a room, a table — opens one guest page offering a Google review, a Tripadvisor review, a Yelp review, or a private message to the manager. Every scan, tap, click and later review is attributed to the spot that earned it. ## What it does - Prints one tracked code per spot (QR sticker, table tent, poster, NFC tag, or a branded short link) and reports scans, clicks and reviews per spot, so "the bar card beats the room card" is a sentence an owner can say with data. - Shows every guest every public review button at every rating. Private feedback is an extra door that reaches the manager and never a listing; it is excluded from the public average because it never reaches one. - Offers an optional "Not sure what to write?" helper that assembles a short first-person draft from the guest's own taps (what stood out). The guest edits it; nothing is posted for them. The guest page makes no AI call. - Matches reviews that later appear on Google, Tripadvisor or Yelp to a recent scan or click inside a per-spot attribution window (72 hours by default) with a stated confidence: High, Medium, Low or Unattributed. - One login holds many properties; access is granted per property (Manager, Admin, Owner). Reports are stored snapshots delivered by link, CSV or PDF, on a schedule if wanted. - Stores no guest identity: no login, no cookie, no tracking pixel on the guest page; IP addresses are hashed. ## What it is not - It does not reply to reviews, monitor sentiment or manage listings. Replying is a different job and a different product. - Every guest sees every public option at every rating; the private message to the manager is an extra door, not a detour. Nothing is offered in exchange for a review. - It does not write reviews. The helper drafts from the guest's own taps and the guest edits and posts it themselves. ## Company Built by Multisystems (https://www.multisystems.ai), the team behind Hotel Systems, OTA Systems, Image Systems, Advertising Systems and Revenue Systems.
